For orders in Germany:

As a rule, you will receive a DHL return label in the package with your order. Please stick the right half clearly visible on your return. Alternatively, you can also have DHL scan the QR code printed at the bottom left when you drop off your package, then DHL will create the shipping label for you.

Please note that the red plastic seal "Entfernen verpflichtet zum Kauf" (Remove obligated to purchase) must not be removed, damaged or opened. Please note the cancellation policy .

If the return slip is missing or lost, you can request a new label in our shop:

You can access your customer account via the shop icon at the top right.

Follow the instructions to log in.

Select the relevant order and tap "Request a Return". Select the item(s), provide a reason for the return and click "Request a Return".

Our customer service will send you a new return slip by email during our office hours, which you can use to send the goods back free of charge.
